Phd thesis: Analyzing the adoption of a traceability system based on blockchain in the honey sector under the "TecHoney" project.

Master thesis: Spanish consumers' acceptance and willingness to pay for chicken, pork and eggs fed with insect under the SUSPROMO PROJECT
- Realization of a roll up of the project SUSPROMO.
- Conducting a survey among Spanish consumers (1000 respondents).
- Interpretation of the collected data and reasoning of recommendations to solve the project's problem: Bivariate, univariate, multidimensional analyses, Factorial PCA, regression, modelling (Logit/OLS).
- Estimation of the willingness to pay with the exact amount using a contingent valuation method CVM.
- Reduction of the hypothetical bias by using the "Cheap talk" and the "Solemn oath".
- Analysis of the effect of different information contexts on consumer's willingness to pay and willingness to accept.

Postgraduate thesis: The study of the purchasing behaviour and acceptability of consumers on the region of Aragon in Spain towards hybrid sausages composed of 50% meat and 50% vegetables and plants.
- Carrying out a survey among consumers in the Aragon region (300 respondents).
- Interpretation of the collected data and reasoning of recommendations to solve the project's problem (Bivariate/univariate/multidimensional analyses).
